Job description
PHD Global are looking for a Global Associate Director to sit within one of the most high profile and prestigious accounts within the Omnicom Media Group. - Main point of contact for clients across the brand portfolio, and leading the day-to-day client relationship
- Setting the agenda with specialists (insights, digital activation, media ops, strategy) for campaigns where relevant
- Manage and mentor our Account Executive and help with their personal development, ensure they are on track to meet their objectives and complete any company wide trainings
- Own relationships with local markets, particularly in APAC and ensure they are delivering on their expectation
- Work closely with Strategy Director and Planning Director for all response to briefs, and ensure they are in line with SLAs
- Drive test and learn framework with support from Strategy Director and Planning Director
- Establish a measurement framework for each campaign alongside the Planning Director
- Lead the finance process, with the Account Executive’s support
- Lead the pulling together of client presentations such as PCA’s, QBR’s and digital reports
- Ensure all trackers, status documents (internal and external) have been completed by the team
About You
- Experience working in client servicing/account management preferable
- Previous marketing/advertising experience needed (in-house or agency)
- A passion for marketing and media
- Previous experience in channels such as Social, Programmatic, Partnerships, Search & OOH
- Delivery of full-funnel campaigns, from planning to activation
- Ability to answer detailed client questions in response to briefs, reports, and in status calls
- Be a proactive self-starter, willing to get stuck in from the start
- Have strong organisational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
- Have strong written and communication skills, with the ability to explain and manage complex situations
- Experience managing junior members of the team
