Essential Responsibilities

  • Grid level Quality process management, including Non Conformity (NC) management, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process development., Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process dev., Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process & competence development, and supplier quality process development.

  • Data Analytics approach for quality with needed process & tools evolution

  • Digital quality road-map owner

  • Change management & continuous improvement adapted to the evolving business needs

  • Drive continuous improvement of quality processes & tools with lean mindset based on identified performance gaps and product & service evolution

  • Provide leadership, support, and technical guidance to the GRID leadership team to assure Grid Solutions quality process development

  • Work collaboratively inside and outside GE to identify and leverage best practices to update quality strategy delivering on improvements of Grid Solutions competitive level

  • Leadership of HQ Quality EHS team in line with GE leadership values Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering.

  • Minimum of 7 years of quality leadership experience with senior leadership experience in quality management in projects and/or manufacturing and engineering
