People Team Product & Service Delivery

The People Team Product & Service Delivery Manager role plays a pivotal role in planning, coordination, governance and delivery of key HR initiatives and projects by partnering with Program managers, Communication & Change management and chipping into the overall success of People team’s initiatives. This includes coordinating and delivering timely strategic internal communications that resonate with recipients, reinforcing key messages, by ensuring a consistent voice; partnering effectively with People Leadership Team, People Team CoEs, BHRLs & HRCG, Enterprise Communication and other key stakeholders in multiple cross-functional areas.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Keeping track of all the initiatives, projects and business-as-usual deliveries across People team to ensure appropriate attention which will result in an effective air-traffic-control.

  • Collaborates with various leaders to define the most effective way to dissemination key messages, including the development of communication plans, schedules and content by partnering with Enterprise Communication team.

  • Manage global timeline of all initiatives across the People Team and ensures consistency and clarity of messaging from various stakeholders to appropriate segment of the organization.

  • Coordinates with an integrated team in planning and execution of key projects.

  • Support change management initiatives & projects.

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in planning & coordinating, public relations, and/or branding & marketing related to all the elements of a Human Resources function.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+years of experience in planning & coordinating, public relations, and/or branding & marketing related to all the elements of a Human Resources function.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field required.

  • Knowledge of relevant trends in enterprise/internal communications and employee engagement strategies.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially with PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Experience developing strategic and creative concepts for business and project initiatives and successfully execute those concepts.

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, delivering outstanding project management that drives and achieves results.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changes in project requirements.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

2024-04-22

Base Pay Range: $125,000/yr. – $165,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
