Responsibilities

Composing correspondence and proofreading materials

Coordinating orders to ensure process completion

Executing any additional Sales Assistant-related tasks as required

Maintaining kindness and professionalism while interacting with customers to provide superior customer service
-
Assisting with preparations for trade shows and conventions and attending them
-
Supporting sales teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
-
Facilitating the promotion of company products and services
-
Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees
-
Preparing travel and meeting arrangements
-
Handling the generation of sales reports and preparations for presentations
Requirements
-
Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
-
Background working with Collection Processes
-
Expertise in communication
-
Earlier work involving Perform Ad Hoc Financial
-
Adeptness in analytics
-
Experience with suppliers
-
Computer Skills experience highly desired
-
Logistics experience highly preferred
-
Foundational knowledge in documentation
-
General familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration
-
Customer service experience desired

Experience with reporting
-
Previous experience working with Communication Skills

Sales experience

Deep understanding of Restocking
-
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suites

Practical knowledge of social media

Demonstrated knowledge of Invoice

Financial Services experience desired

Buying Processes experience preferred

Good understanding of negotiation

Statistics experience required

Execute experience highly valued

Prior experience with account management

Foundational knowledge in Terminations

Comprehension of Attendance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

Demonstrated project coordination skills, superb social skills, and ability to work well with all levels of staff, outside clients and vendors

Recommended experience includes 2+ years of Sales Assistance

Applicants are encouraged to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field

Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
