As a Class Teacher you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive classroom environment, and supporting the holistic development of students. Contract Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities of a Class Teacher:As a Class Teacher you will plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and respect.As a Class Teacher you will assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instructional decisions.Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and provide additional support or challenge as needed.As a Class Teacher you will collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school’s ongoing improvement initiatives.Qualifications and Requirements of a Class Teacher:Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience across multiple year groups (ECT’s encouraged to apply!).Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.A passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.What We Offer:Competitive pay ratesA supportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for continuous professional development and advancementAn opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young livesPlease be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that
