Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy, Business School,Department of Management – Sustainable FuturesThe above full-time, permanent post is available from 1 June 2024.Part of the Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy and based in the Business School, Department of Management – Sustainable Futures team and located on the Penryn Campus, this post will develop and lead Undergraduate and Postgraduate taught programmes within the disciplines of Management.This role is largely campus-based.The roleThe role of Associate Lecturer (Education and Scholarship) will support the existing business-oriented taught modules that focus on workplace academic skills. This will include liaising with partners, students and the academic team and formalising projects and the related documentation to compliment our existing taught modules within the Sustainable Futures team. This could include content on our BSc in Business, BSc in Business & Environment, MSc in Sustainable Business Management, and our joint programmes of LLB Law with Business / BBL Business & Law.About youFor an Associate Lecturer post you will:

  • Possess a depth or breadth of specialist knowledge demonstrated by depth or breadth of specialist knowledge demonstrated by a Masters Degree in the Philiosophy of the Workplace or similar. The candidate must also have experience in teaching at an U/G and PGT level.
  • Staff at this level are expected to be progressing toward Associate Fellow of the HEA, with evidence of progression toward Fellowship and to be attending formal CPD relating to this.
