Your primary responsibilities include:
- Developing a remote sales team by actively recruiting and hiring new agents
- Conducting training and providing coaching to onboard and develop your team
- Setting sales targets and actively motivating your team to maximize production
- Monitoring team performance metrics and providing constructive feedback
- Earning lucrative compensation based on the sales production of your remote team
- Overseeing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Prior sales management experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
- Exceptional communication and training abilities to connect with remote teams
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration and video conferencing tools
- Self-motivation and the entrepreneurial spirit to build your own driven sales force
- Strong business acumen and desire to earn performance-based compensation
