With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you’ll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.Land Development Project Manager Specializing in Site Plan Projects.Role accountabilities:

  • Complete and review proposals, change orders
  • Guiding projects from start to finish. Due diligence, conceptual design and detailed design
  • Providing technical direction, design review and detailed design on multiple simultaneous land development files with a focus on ICI and Residential Mixed Use Site Plan projects
  • Leading and/or independently preparing Functional Servicing reports in support of potential land development projects
  • Liaising with clients, agencies and others to obtain approvals
  • Supervision and mentoring of project engineers and technologists
  • Ensuring that the clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Undertaking business development activities with new and existing clients in the pursuit of new projects, and the cross-selling of other practice areas, including preparing fee proposals
  • Project Management, including control and management of the financial aspects of your projects

QualificationsQualifications and Experience:

  • 7 to 10 Years of experience
  • Experience working on Land Development projects in the GTA
  • Direct experience with the design and approval process for projects with various municipalities
  • Complete knowledge base for construction methodologies for land development projects
  • Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Diploma
