Closing Date: Sunday 30 June 2024Wrexham University seeks to appoint a Lecturer in Quantity Surveying to join the existing team in the delivery of undergraduate Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Design Technology and Civil Engineering programmes currently delivered on site at Wrexham Plas Coch campus.The successful candidate will be a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building [CIOB] and/or The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors [RICS], and will possess relevant industrial experience in the commercial and financial aspects of construction projects.Candidates will be expected to possess or be willing to work towards the attainment of a PG Certificate in Teaching in HE, and the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable.
