Responsibilities
Coordinates supervises and implements patient care based on competence professional expertise knowledge and evidence-based practice. Practice autonomously consistent with professional standards Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Input extract and evaluate data for meaningful use and patient centered medical home. Responsible for direct patient care to include rooming obtaining vitals patient assessment & education and discharge planning.
Qualifications
Minimum
-
Associate degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent.

Completion of RN program
-
Greater than two years of RN experience
-
AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State required
-
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

Communication Team building Clinical competency pursuant to department requirements
Preferred
-
BSN
-
Team leader or coordinator
-
Greater than two years of outpatient/ambulatory facility experience
-
Bi-lingual Leadership Proficient with MS Office programs
Pay Range
$33.60 – $48.73 /hour
