Salary according to TV-L: E9b 
 
You will join and support the existing team with the following tasks: 
 
Management Assistant: 
  • Organisation travels for CEO & Director 
  • Scheduling meetings for CEO & Director  
Office Management:
  • Travel Management for Board Meetings up to 3 times per year and for European Film Awards (Board, Committees) 
  • Front Office and answering incoming phone calls 
  • Team Assistance 
  • Ordering office supplies and equipment 
  • IT Support together with IT service provider  
Sponsoring Assistant:
Support and coordination of all sponsorship-related activities in close cooperation with the external sponsorship manager. Tasks include in particular:  
  • Coordinating sponsoring jour fixes 
  • Coordination existing and potential sponsoring partners  
  • Minutes of meetings and jour fixes 
  • Preparation and updating of presentation materials 
  • Researching potential new sponsoring partners 
  • Maintaining the sponsorship archive and documentation  
  • Internal and external communication, including reporting to sponsors  
  • Contact person for sponsors during events 
Skill Set: 
  • Completed education and several years working experience
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills (Minimum B2 level) 
  • Profound IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams) are also required 
  • Place of residence: Berlin
