Consultancy Opportunity Announcement: Development of Dashboard to Monitor Online Hate Speech in Jordan
The Institute for Strategic Dialogue gGmbH (ISD) is seeking proposals for the development of a dashboard to monitor and analyze online hate speech in Jordan. This project, funded by the EU, aims to enhance social cohesion and strengthen institutional responses to online hate speech. The selected service provider will develop a data collection framework, integrate advanced NLP and machine learning models, and design a user-friendly interface for diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an advanced data collection framework for real-time data from social media platforms.
- Implement mechanisms for anonymizing and ethically handling sensitive data.
- Integrate NLP and machine learning models tailored to Arabic language nuances.
- Establish a real-time monitoring system for online hate speech trends.
- Design a user-friendly dashboard interface for various stakeholders.
- Provide customizable modules and filters for generating specific insights.
- Incorporate dynamic reporting tools and in-dashboard tutorials.
- Ensure scalable infrastructure and develop a sustainability plan.
Project Details:
Duration: 22 months (starting July 2024)
Budget: Up to €85,000
Eligibility:
The consultants/ consultancy firms should have the following:
- Proven experience in advanced data analytics, NLP, AI solutions, and dashboard development.
- Ability to handle projects of similar size and complexity.
- Strong cybersecurity measures and robust data handling practices.
