Work you’ll do:

  • Develop creative concepts, write, and edit engaging copy for campaign assets including web copy, social media, and email.

  • Collaborate with ACDs on video scripts, branding campaigns, and longer-form content.

  • Collaborate with marketers, strategy, campaign managers, designers, art directors, video editors, and digital producers to develop engaging creative work that delivers on strategic input

  • Don’t just write. Ask smart questions of senior marketers and client service practitioners, helping to clarify business priorities, define key messages, and differentiate Deloitte

  • Take the lead in presenting work to internal teams and proactively manage client revisions and reviews

  • Be an innovator. Continually recommend new creative channels, technology, approaches, or assets for campaigns. You’re a creative-not just a writer

  • Play an active role on the creative team by participating in internal task forces and strategic initiatives, always seeking out new ways to grow

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

  • Demonstrate a collaborative and proactive “can-do” mentality

  • Ability to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams

Qualifications:Required:

  • 1+ years of experience writing and producing a wide range of marketing/advertising assets

  • Clear, concise writing, with the ability to distill complex ideas into easily understood language. Experience in writing for B2B/technical subjects preferred.

  • Portfolio of work that includes social media copy, emails, infographics, web copy, etc. (provide portfolio password if required)

  • Bachelor’s/4-year University degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $51900 to $95500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
