If you would you like to work on exciting e-learning development projects, coordinate
international virtual training workshops and manage a training program as well as coach support
staff and some of the brightest minds in marine science – this is your chance!

We are looking for someone who has

  • strong project management skills.
  • instructional design (preferably Articulate 360);
  • LMS administration experience (preferably LearnUpon).
  • the ability to manage and interpret data with confidence
  • soft skills, such as people management and training and presentation delivering

Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Our ideal candidate will be someone with the ability to support and deliver the maintenance and
operation of the Assurance process for MSC Standards and its supporting activity of training
and capacity building (e.g. an eLearning project from inception to launch).

Don’t worry, we’ll supply the assurance and marine scientist subject matter experts and/or
other required expertise!

You’ll be working with a variety of people from all over the world so a collaborative nature
and knack for communication is vital.

Under the guidance of our Training and Capacity Building Manager you will:

  • support with the coordination of both virtual and in-person training courses for the
    Assurance team
  • be the product owner for our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • help with managing the third-party training budget
  • support others in the team with their projects.

The MSC is committed to flexible working. The successful candidate will need to work from
the London office for a minimum of 50% of their working time each month The
remaining time can be worked from home.
