In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.About this team:The Office Technology and Asset Protection Enablement team plays a vital role in ensuring our office and asset protection technologies (examples laptop devices, desktop hardware, meeting room setups, video surveillance systems, access management systems, threat intelligence and loss protection systems) support and advance our business, meet security & engineering policies, and are efficiently provisioned and managed.The team owns the hardware architecture and standards, provisioning of devices, management of device lifecycles, day-to-day support, executive services and handling of site openings and changes. - Lead the technology teams responsible for office and asset & loss prevention technologies. This includes 6000+ laptop devices, 400+ meeting rooms, video surveillance and loss protection systems across 700+ stores, distribution centers and offices globally.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the hardware and software technologies, with focus on creating visibility and transparency to enable support at scale.
- Grow and develop a full stack team of 34 resources responsible for delivery & support of key initiatives (includes architecture, engineering, QA, technical program management, and analysts)
- Partner closely with Global Infrastructure, key business partners and enterprise technology teams to adapt and drive strategies to evolving business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the office and asset technology space (asset management, meeting room technology, video surveillance, threat intelligence and loss prevention). Inform the roadmap with key considerations for sequencing initiatives. Integrate best practices and process standardization. Inform annual planning processes with usage metrics and growth estimates. Proactively identify and communicate key dependencies, risks & issues.
- Drive strategy & approach for selection, design, & engineering of new technologies.
- Ownership of key vendor relationships, including contract renewals, financial modelling & cost control mechanisms, partnering to drive key roadmap items and ensure that SLAs are met for all operational systems.
- Champion a culture of high-performance by creating an inclusive culture that supports learning, encourages diversity of thought, and brings a futurist/innovators mindset to every new opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in the information technology field
- 8+ years of experience enabling key business priorities through the successful delivery & support of technology, and 5+ years as a people leader overseeing a broad range of talent across multiple work locations.
- Strong preference for those with experience leading a technology team(s) responsible for enterprise hardware management and/or asset and loss protection technologies.
- Experience in managing complex initiatives supporting a broad group of stakeholders in highly dynamic, global organizations: with a preference for those with experience in retail organizations.
- Experience with call center and/or ticketing systems like ServiceNow is an asset.
- Proven track record in building & sustaining a high performing team capable of driving technical modernization efforts in parallel to delivering on business commitments.
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management expertise; with a proven ability to drive results internally & externally while fostering key strategic partnerships.
- Budget management expertise: previous experience directly overseeing $5M+ CAPEX & OPEX with track record of optimizing year over year spend.

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $158,900 – 208,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
