We look forward to the future with both confidence and the knowledge that we must continue to innovate in our thinking and operations.As Chief Transformation Officer you will play a lead role in shaping the future of our University and our strategy delivery through tangible transformational change.Success will be demonstrated through delivering an innovative and commercial mindset to our university and through business transformation, to deliver the right balance of governance and agility to improve overall performance.This role will take over leadership responsibility for corporate services including our People & Culture function, Marketing & Recruitment, and Technology Services.A proven track record of senior-level leadership and demonstrable programme and change management experience within complex environments will enable you to deliver real change, including how we drive greater efficiency with our systems, processes, and people.
