Apply today and take the first step towards an exciting new career with CellCarta!SummaryThe Associate Project Manager I (APM I) for CellCarta Logistics reports to their assigned Project Manager III (PM III). The APM I will assist the assigned PM in fulfilling the Scope of Work outlined in the contract and assisting with operational tasks associated with study management.The APM I is expected to work effectively with counterparts in Operations, IT, Quality Control, Contracts, Business Development, Finance and assigned PM to meet portfolio and company strategies.ResponsibilitiesThe APM I is responsible for maintaining individual projects and is tasked with ensuring clients trust CellCarta Logistics as a provider of laboratory manuals, labels, kits, and sample management services for PK, PG, PD, and tumor tissue samples.More specifically, you will participate in the following: 1. Providing Support to Investigator Sites

  • Assist with processing incoming supply re-orders;
  • Provide additional materials or support to sites as required;

2. Coordinating and Monitoring Sample Shipments

  • Schedule sample shipments with investigator sites;
  • Coordinate with Sample Management and Logistics (SML) to resolve queries, escalations or delays as needed;

3. Communication

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including (but not limited to):Operations Associates, other CellCarta Logistics colleagues, sponsor, sites, and suppliers;

4. Accountability

  • Timely and accurate processing of data entry as requested;
  • Generation of various reports on a study specific basis;
  • Assist PM with study deliverables as needed.

Education

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.

Main Requirements

  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Office 365 applications;
  • Ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills including reading and writing, verbal and editing skills;
  • Able to work in collaborative environment as well as independently;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide objective evaluation;
  • Professional, motivated, organized, and reliable;
  • Takes initiative and acts in a pro-active manner in all aspects of work;
  • Must be able to communicate with Sponsors and other external contacts in a professional and effective manner.

Physical Requirements

  • Fine motor skills and coordination, grasping, turning, and manipulating small objects and power equipment;
  • Intermittent standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling items from their correct location (shelves) and moving freight weighing up to 25 pounds;
  • Read and verify sometimes small print, both printed and electronic.

Working Conditions

  • Work is conducted in both an office environment and in a warehouse environment where products are assembled and distributed;
  • A standard work week is 40 hours, however, overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines or in emergencies;
  • Frequent pressure to meet deadlines.
