We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the higher education sector, specifically in private colleges. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the college’s brand, attract prospective students, and engage with our community.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns that align with the college’s strategic goals.
  • Lead generation and proficiency in using Zoho tools and techniques to track and convert leads into successful enrollments.
  • Utilize Zoho tools and techniques for effective lead management and conversion.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Manage the college’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote college programs, events, and achievements.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for advertising, PR, and other marketing-related services.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data and analytics, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Organize and participate in college events, open houses, and recruitment fairs to enhance visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the higher education sector, specifically in private colleges.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics software).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
