The Role:
In this role, you will research, cultivate and secure new relationships with corporate partners that deliver significant and sustainable stock donations to support Oxfam’s Retail Strategy. This role will take the lead in developing compelling pitches and propositions as well as a pipeline of new stock partners to ensure Oxfam has a consistent and diverse supply of high quality stock to enable our Retail network to grow income.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:
- A commercial outlook based on experience developing and securing significant multi-year partnerships in a commercial or charity setting.
- A proactive, creative, and strategic thinker – able to generate new initiatives, drive forward new business opportunities and move a pipeline of prospects through the partnership process.
- A confident communicator with the ability to develop and deliver presentations to a range of audiences in an inspiring and engaging way.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive communications and reports.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, including listening, questioning, building rapport and understanding the needs and values of individuals and organisations.
