If you’ve answered yes, then we would love to hear from you!This person would be responsible for leading and coordinating the above wing experience for Executive Aviation’s Customer Service team at the Saskatoon (YXE) base. The ideal candidate would have airline customer service experience, fantastic people skills, and an uncanny ability to make things happen. This position would require you to schedule our team of Customer Service Agents, logistically plan and order supplies, as well as stepping in to liaise with our airline partners and team members.What do we offer?Executive Aviation is proud to have very progressive wage ranges with lots of earning potential.   • Schedule Customer Service agents
  • Check for updates from OCC and report to the proper airport authorities
  • Review flight logs to ensure all billable items have been captured
  • Track passenger counts for monthly airport submission and review with General Manager
  • Attend airport meetings with General Manager
  • Update IFIDS
  • Meet with local General Manager to discuss employees or operational challenges
  • Complete daily ops logs in vortex
  • Ensure all baggage deliveries have been completed
  • Weekly passenger numbers to airport for the following week
  • Ensuring international packages are prepared and stocked
  • Bridge aircraft
  • Complete the shift planning board
  • Work positively with airline crew
  • Ability to work outside in all types of weather
  • Update Monthly information and tips board
  • Ordering of airline specific stock
  • Handling of lost and found items based on airline specific procedures
  • Light grooming duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ Counter Agent experience, with gradual increase in responsibilities is an asset
  • A RAIC/ Security Clearance pass
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous experience managing/ building a schedule would be an asset
  • Previous Airport customer service experience would be an asset
