The successful candidate will be assigned to the Core Optimization Program and report to the People Readiness Manager.
As an OCM Analyst, you will work within the Human Resources Workstream alongside the workstream OCM Lead to help develop and execute the change management plan and deliverables. In addition, as a critical member of the People Readiness (PR) Team, you will also contribute to program-level (cross-workstream) activities to help ensure an integrated, collaborative approach to managing change for our stakeholder groups.This opportunity will appeal to an individual passionate about solving complex business challenges in a fast-paced, broad-change environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of a change management plan to support the people readiness side of delivering program/project objectives, including:
  • Support stakeholders and change impact identification, analysis, and assessments.
  • Identify business readiness activities, skills, competencies, and training required in the future state.
  • Identify risks and mitigations from a people perspective.
  • Support developing area-specific readiness plans (as required)
  • Work collaboratively with the program communications and learning teams and contribute, as required, to the execution of the OCM Plan
  • Contribute to the end-to-end process (cross-workstream) view of cumulative change for each impacted stakeholder group.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • five years of change management experience in a large corporate environment supporting cross-functional, complex initiatives or technology transformations.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or related field
  • Experience within the oil and gas industry would be considered an asset.
  • Accreditation/Certification in industry-recognized change methodology (i.e. Prosci, CCMP) or equivalent training and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface and facilitate effectively with a diverse group of executives, leaders, subject matter experts and end-users.
  • Experience in project and change management for large-scale systems implementations highly desirable.

Work Environment:

  • This is a 12-month contract with a likelihood of extension based in our downtown Calgary office, with some remote work possible.
