In this role you will work with Landscape Architects and technologists to prepare conceptual designs and assist with design development and construction documentation Collaborate with other disciplines including planning, architectural and engineering technologists.Role Accountabilities

  • Prepare drawings using CAD
  • Complete quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates
  • Assist with the creation of presentation drawings using Adobe Suite and SketchUp
  • Participate in site investigation and monitoring of construction

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be currently enrolled in an accredited landscape architecture program or landscape architectural technology program
  • Excellent graphic communication skills
  • Proven technical expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
  • Proficiency in technical detailing, drafting and construction practices desired
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
