As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will spearhead content and program development, leveraging your data-driven strategic insights and strong leadership skills. You will coordinate extensively with a number of cross-functional teams, including business development, implementation, content strategy, marketing, product, and other service delivery teams. Externally you will work with content Partners who are changing the world with high-quality and accessible online education.You will be a fantastic communicator and influencer who thrives on solving complex problems, creating processes, and launching highly successful content and programs. We are looking for a proven leader, with strong team-building, interpersonal, and creative instincts, and the ability to navigate the fast-paced ambiguity of a scale-up environment.Responsibilities:

  • Revenue and Performance Growth: Through trusted partner relationships and effective course offering optimization, drive revenue growth and improve key performance metrics such as learner retention and partner satisfaction.
  • Insights and Advisory: Provide partners with comprehensive, data-driven insights and guidance on utilizing key platform features; offer actionable recommendations to boost learner engagement and facilitate a dynamic feedback loop for product improvements.
  • Strategy Development through Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify key strategies that enhance content performance; develop compelling business cases for both internal and external stakeholders to support these strategies.
  • Educational Content Oversight: Manage the project and technical launch and ongoing oversight of educational content, ensuring it meets high quality standards, aligns with learner outcomes, adheres to Coursera’s guidelines, and fulfills partner expectations.
  • Partner Management: Execute crucial partner management duties, including regular strategic reviews of partners and content; troubleshoot portfolio and operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolutions.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20% of the time.Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience managing relationships with partners or clients
  • Executive presence and comfort moving between senior stakeholders and operational execution rapidly to enable different audiences
  • Demonstrated analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including outstanding presentation skills; a cross-functional team leader

  • Level-headed temperament, ability to make quick judgments and defend decisions
  • Ability to thrive and radiate positivity in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with generative AI for optimizing effectiveness and efficiency
