  • Good Knowledge with the national Key Stage Curriculum.
  • Proficiency in learning techniques suitable for students with SEND.
  • Ability to provide personalised attention and assistance with learning assignments.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience in schools with SEN pupils or similar transferable skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one through Randstad Education)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • 2 recent professional references
  • Flexibility to travel within (location)

  • Experience with 1:1 and small groups.
  • Manage children with challenging behaviour.
  • Effectively manage behaviour and build positive learning relationships with SEN pupils
  • Providing engaging and interactive lessons
