About the role:As Senior/Principal Product Development Engineer (m/f/d), you will join our talented and ambitious GaN R&D team, directly contributing to our ability to successfully produce GaN devices.This is your new job:Lead semiconductor power device product development, ramp-up to production, and yield improvement activitiesIdentify and drive key engineering activities that optimize product life cycle and yieldConsider all product aspects from design to manufacturing to effective cost structureDeliver concise summaries, and conclusions, and influence development activities and testing to optimize our productsThis is you:Preferably a PhD or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar disciplineIn-depth knowledge of power semiconductor devices, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTsProven track record of accomplishment in power semiconductor product development, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs, gained within an industrial settingAbility to communicate complex concepts and requirements clearly and to influence stakeholders at all levelsThis is your department and colleagues:Fueled by our goal to become one of the top players in the Power Discretes field with a large growth potential driven by the rapidly expanding markets, we are continuously expanding our GaN team to grow into the next level.
