Our client, a rapidly expanding retail and franchise organization with over 400 locations in 10 provinces and all 3 territories, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will serve as a positive ambassador of health, wellness, and brand excellence. Join our vibrant team in Edmonton and be part of our exciting journey!Role Overview:As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive marketing support from our Edmonton office. We’re looking for a self-starter with an outgoing personality, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail. You’ll manage projects, events, and coordinate production, timelines, and logistics for grand openings and regional marketing campaigns. If you’re a motivated individual with a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advertising, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with key stakeholders including the President/CEO, National Director of Marketing, and Regional Marketing Managers.
  • Act as the primary contact for local store marketing requests/initiatives for Franchise Partners in Western Canada.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with new and existing Western Canada Franchise Partners.
  • Represent the brand when interacting with external vendors and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to new product development and recipe testing.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle for occasional travel.
  • Be available for occasional Saturday work.
  • Lead the marketing plan development for all Western Canada grand openings, including scheduling radio live on-locations, Canada Post mail outs, and arranging entertainment.
  • Coordinate event execution details, including production, shipping, and attendance at grand openings.
  • Organize and manage marketing assets and inventory, reordering materials as needed.
  • Support the Regional Marketing Manager – West in developing and executing regional advertising strategies and large-scale franchise partner requests.
  • Coordinate marketing materials production and sponsorship/prizing fulfillment for Western Canada events.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to design regional programs that meet key marketing objectives.
  • Manage the marketing inbox, flagging opportunities and addressing inquiries and complaints.
  • Support the development and execution of national promotional campaign strategies and in-store promotional calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing/brand management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in all social networking platforms.

What You Will Receive:Competitive annual salary: $60,000-$70,000.
