Your primary duties will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the humanities curriculum.
  • Contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in a related humanities discipline.
  • Proven experience teaching humanities subjects at the secondary school level.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.
