As a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom leader in delivering engaging lesson plans. You will be deployed to ensure that learning objectives are met, supporting students in activities and managing disruption or behavior. You may be deployed to support students who are falling behind on their academic progress, working on a 1:1 or small group basis to provide tailored support. Equally, you could work with the highest achieving students, ensuring that they achieve their full potential and secure top grades.
