Job Title: SEN One to One Tutor/TeacherLocation:East Midlands, Northamptonshire, RushdenJob Type:Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hoursSalary:£25.00 – £30.00 Per hourJob Duties:

• Provide one-to-one tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Create individualised learning plans based on students’ needs
• Deliver tailored lessons to support students in achieving academic goals
• Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Knowledge of SEN support strategies and techniques

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fieldExperience:Minimum of 1 years of UK experience in teaching or tutoring students with SENKnowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor teaching approaches to meet individual student needs
• Organisational skills to track student progress and adjust lesson plans

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
• Experience in conducting assessments and writing individual education plans

Expected salary

£30 per hour
