This role will expose you to working drawings ranging from mixed use, commercial, and residential high-rise buildings. You will be a part of the team that will support with design development, working drawings and detailing. The successful candidate will offer a robust portfolio of details and construction documents showing an array of projects and a holistic understanding of the design process. As the successful candidate, you will be an out-of-the-box thinker with a talent for developing creative detailing solutions. - Prepare working drawings on a number of different projects using Revit
- Prepare documentation – design development, building permits and tender packages
- Coordinate the architectural and engineering disciplines along with external consultants to produce high quality and well coordinated documents for construction.
QualificationsQualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Architectural Technology
- Up to 5 years of experience in an architectural firm
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- MUST be a proficient user of Revit and Microsoft Office software knowledge and experience
- Experience with project coordination and possess a strong ability to meet tight project deadlines
- Must submit a portfolio of work in PDF which is under 10MB or a web link to your portfolio site
