Position: Mental Health Support WorkerAre you compassionate and dedicated? Join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker, providing crucial support to children with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), complex learning disabilities, and those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). - Provide Support: Offer mental health support to children with SEMH needs in schools across Newcastle.
- Individualised Care: Work with children with ASC, complex learning disabilities, and EHCPs.
- Collaborate: Be part of a supportive local authority dedicated to tailored support for each child.
- Inspire and Motivate: Challenge and support each student to achieve their best, regardless of their needs.
- Create a Positive Environment: Use effective behaviour management techniques to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
