Qualifications:Education

  • Post secondary education; preferably in business and/or HR program
  • Certified Human Resource Professional OR Leader certificate or equivalent in work experience

Experience

  • 15 years or more or directly related experience
  • 10+ years in successive HR management roles; proven experience in a senior management role
  • Experience managing and developing a team of HR professionals (talent acquisition, HR Business Partners / generalists, payroll & benefits administration)
  • Working management role
  • Broad knowledge and experience in

, compensation, benefits, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development. * Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
