You will work alongside our Managing Director and Senior Consultants, who will provide the mentoring and experience you need to enhance your skills and develop your career.   • Support key customers in achieving their business objectives
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Power BI reports using DAX and Power Query
  • Build automations using Microsoft Power Automate and AI Builder
  • Master new technologies to meet customers’ needs
  • Perform data manipulation, validation, and field protection using Excel
  • Configure and manage various business support systems
  • Produce detailed reports and presentations
  • Support business analysis sessions and produce supporting documentation
  • Produce requirement specifications and support procurement processes
  • Present to existing and potential customers
  • Undertake research projects and report findings
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to shape future business strategy
  • Consistently achieve utilisation and billing targets

Qualifications and Skills:Required:

  • A 2:1 or higher degree in a technical or business-related subject
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Power BI, Power Query, and DAX or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Power Automate or Logic Apps or similar
  • Experience in data modelling, ETL/ELT, and SQL
  • Some programming experience and understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required

Advantageous:

  • A Masters or PhD in STEM
  • Microsoft PL-300 certification
  • Experience with data warehouses and data lakes
  • Experience with iPaaS, XML, and JSON
  • Understanding of business analysis, transformation, and workflow
