Project ManagerArtemis Recruitment is excited about assisting a growing SME specializing in IT consulting and software implementation. We are seeking a key project manager to ensure the success of our initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic individual focused on results and passionate about project management in the technology sector.Location: Downtown MontrealSalary Range: 100k-120kBenefits: Medical and dental insurance, flexible working hours, hybrid mode, tuition reimbursement, diverse and inclusive culture. They work diligently while having a lot of fun!Responsibilities and Tasks:Managing project execution while adhering to budget, schedule, and scope.
Collaborating with project staff to swiftly resolve issues.
Monitoring project stages and deliverables to ensure quality.
Developing and updating IT project plans including objectives, technologies, systems, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Evaluating and managing risks with mitigation strategies.
Assessing team performance and managing associated documentation.
Negotiating with stakeholders and suppliers for necessary resources.
Preparing biweekly billing reports.
Ensuring smooth transition of new contracts to delivery team.
Training delivery team on project management processes and best practices.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
Agile or Scrum certification strongly preferred.
7 years of combined experience in IT project management and client support/client-facing roles.
Advanced bilingual proficiency.
Knowledge of customer relationship management industry is a plus.
Enjoys working with dynamic teams in a growth-oriented environment.
Interpersonal Skills Needed to Succeed in this Role: Seen as a reliable point of contact for clients. Communicates clearly with clients and internal teams, tackling challenging situations confidently. Possesses positive leadership and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Strategic thinker.
