Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst with a can-do attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in working with users at all levels and be committed to quality and continuous improvement. We are looking for a team player who would bring energy, pace and structure to solving IT related problems. Proactive and a natural problem solver.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the role will include acting as a first point of contact, troubleshooting and supporting IT hardware, software and systems for on-site and remote employees. You will categorise and assign incidents, problems and requests raised in the Service Desk. Proactively manage ticket updates, owning the ticket lifecycle through to resolution. You will be responsible for the IT on-boarding processes of user account creation, hardware procurement and the curation of IT documentation. You will also maintain our asset register with up to date information and tracking movement of assets.
You’ll be someone with:
- Customer service experience
- First Line level IT support experience
- Competent experience of Windows 10/11 operating system
- Knowledge of the operational and support aspects of computer systems, hardware, software and peripheral equipment including but not limited to: Active Directory, O365 application suite, Windows 10, Teams, SharePoint
- Ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise and manage workload effectively
