Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst / Customer Support Manager for our EMEA Operational Excellence department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our affiliates with Business Intelligence and Customer Support, focusing on CRM, Veeva Promo-Mats, Qlik Sense, Board, and Sales and Activity reporting & dashboards. The role involves problem-solving, end-user support, and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented solutions.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.Responsibilities:

  • Update monthly sales and activity reports from various data sources.
  • Handle ad hoc data requests and queries from commercial teams.
  • Improve current analysis, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop further analysis/dashboards using available BI tools.
  • Maintain Territory alignments and implement required geographic structure changes.
  • Calculate Sales Incentive Schemes to standard and timelines required.
  • Manage targeting and segmentation for assigned countries.
  • Support implementation of the CRM including user needs gathering, system testing & post go-live user support.
  • Train key users in Sales, Medical Affairs & Marketing on relevant systems.
  • Support the Omnichannel initiatives and implement local Digital Solutions.
  • Attend Operational Stability meetings to update on specific CRM issues and collaborate with CRM technical team to resolve.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree/Masters/PhD university degree in Science/ Business/ Computing desirable.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to work both within a team and independently.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc).
  • Experience of using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Tools such as Synapse.
  • Experience in the pharma industry.
  • Excel expert, PowerPoint high level.
  • Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning.
  • Strong analytical work with experience of working with data and databases.
  • Excellent prioritisation, planning and organising skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and team working skills.
