Our client, the UK leader in resource management, is looking for two Agricultural Operation Supervisors in North-East England and the Central Belt of Scotland.You will be responsible for the supervision of the Enhanced Weathering operations on an initial 12 months fixed term contract, ensuring the delivery of product to farmland and coordinating with contractors to ensure compliant applications in accordance with standard operating procedures.You’ll also be responsible for; * Management of deployments to ensure they run efficiently and are cost effective.

  • Health and Safety assessments
  • Finding suitable land for deployments
  • Arranging deliveries of product to deployments, stockpile management, spreading activities and post spreading sampling and inspection.
  • Meet annual targets in accordance with the wider team’s process requirements.
  • Building effective relationships with clients, landowners and suppliers
  • Assisting with strategy and scaling of the business unit
  • Be a business ambassador to promote these products and solutions at public and trade events.
  • Securing and maintaining a healthy customer base for the application of products to land.
  • Continuous project planning and delivery
  • Working within budget and agreed timelines.
