For more information, please click .The incumbent will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, executive mentorship and a collaborative work environment with a focus on excellence, growth and fun.Position: Overview/PillarsReporting directly to the Senior Manager, Content, PR and Social Media, the Marketing and Brand Associate will support the promotion of CMiC’s brand and Marketing strategies through various marketing channels and tactics.The incumbent will support the following areas: * Social media operations and day-to-day tactics.

  • Support in marketing campaign execution (e.g., webinars, B2B review platforms, media marketing, events).
  • Collateral and material development to support marketing campaigns.
  • Preliminary research and support for various projects.

Role: Key Responsibilities and DeliverablesSocial Media Marketing:

  • Draft and post social media posts ~3 times a week (to promote content assets, events, new customer announcements, etc.).
  • Update and manage the social media calendar.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Manager to find strategies to grow the followership base (of each platform) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Research ways to test new creatives and different ways to publish posts.

Brand Marketing / Public Relations:

  • Support Senior Manager on projects and tasks to deliver the PR strategy.
  • Collect data/KPIs to populate monthly PR dashboard.
  • Maintain a repository of media placements.

Marketing and Events:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing campaigns such as webinars, social media strategy and management, events, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal promotions, events, and webinars.

General Support:

  • Support/execute ad hoc requests for the Head of Marketing.
  • Support/execute ad hoc requests for the Head of Growth Marketing.
  • Manage and update the invoice tracker.
  • Provide support at the annual customer conference (will be required to travel during that time).

RequirementsEducation:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (Communications, Business, Marketing, an asset). Brand experience a PLUS

Experience:

  • Minimum three (3) years of full-time professional experience, ideally in B2B technology marketing, sales, product management and/or strategic consulting

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (solid writing skills is a must).
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to work well with a team and as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies or strategies quickly.
  • Soft Skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
