ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Electrical Field Service Lead Technician at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to travel and provide technical expertise and support to our customers. Your role will involve leading a team of field service technicians, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

  • Provide training and mentorship to field service technicians

  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions

Must Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical field service

  • Conveyor system experience

  • Ability to travel 100%

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electrical systems and equipment

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead and manage a team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We Value

  • Electrical journeyman license

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Experience in customer relationship management

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards

  • Certifications in electrical systems or equipment

  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
