JOB SUMMARY

The EA supports the program Chief of Party and provides support to the program management unit (PMU) as directed to ensure that operations run efficiently, and that activity goals and objectives are accomplished.

Maintain and refine internal processes that support to the program management unit, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflows, particularly in terms of maintain program files, scheduling, meetings, and reporting.

Manage communication between program key personnel, consortium members and other partners, liaising with internal and external personnel on various projects and tasks.

Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the COP’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
