What you will do:

We are looking for a full-time Sales Operations Specialist. As Sales Operations Specialist, you will contribute to Lighthouse’s success through providing world-class support to the sales function, through accurate and timely execution of all customer administration. We are looking for someone who is able to contribute to, create, and support sales strategies to capitalise on revenue opportunities within the organisation. Furthermore, this team member will also have the ability to make systematic changes to improve results and data mine, track, compare, and communicate reports. In this role you will be reporting to our Senior Manager of Sales Operations.

Where you will have impact:

  • Provide day-to-day support for sales process;
  • Auditing and monitoring proposal and contract accuracy to enhance forecasting;
  • Identify quick-wins and crucial enhancement requirements to the sales process;
  • Run clean-up projects to improve the quality and accuracy of leads, contacts, and account databases;
  • Align with Marketing Operations to discover data cleansing opportunities and account mapping;
  • Enrich our existing database with fresh information and new data points and update missing information where required (missing phone numbers, PMS, RMS, etc.);
  • Develop scheduled and ad-hoc reports;
  • Support the sales operations strategy and understand priorities and execute operational plans;
  • Liaise with Sales Enablement for the roll-out of new processes;
  • Support and advise sales representatives on Salesforce quote flow, coordinating closely with finance department;
  • Coordinate with various teams involved in closing big group deals with attention on finance collaboration ensuring we are booking big deals correctly in our CRM;
  • Prioritise your work and focus on the most urgent projects.

Who you are:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience;
  • Proven experience in sales/business operations/analytics;
  • Previous experience with CRM systems – Salesforce highly preferred;
  • Very organised and able to start a task and complete it successfully;
  • High analytical skills and the ability to extract business insights from analysis;
  • Great time management;
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines;
  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with Lighthouse’s values and culture;
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements;
  • Previous experience working in a high growth Tech/SaaS environment is a plus.
