Associate Director, Project Management

The Team:

The project manager will roll up to the Program Director as part of the Commercial Solutions and Insights PMO team

Our group is renowned for excellence, with deliverables highly sought after by senior leaders in the Customer & Growth Office and Commercial (Sales) organization. To build on this success, we are expanding the team and seeking a project manager to prioritize, develop, and execute key cross-functional initiatives, projects, and programs efficiently and effectively.

You will lead the planning and execution of high-impact, cross-functional programs and projects that significantly influence Market Intelligence’s business strategy and revenue goals. As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving the successful rollout of key initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Cross-Functional Programs & Projects: Oversee key milestones and activities, communicate program details, project risks, and mitigations to leadership, ensuring timely project completion

  • Develop and Manage Project Plans & Reporting: Create project plans, tools, reports, and narratives for identified programs. Re-prioritize based on impact and effort, and provide tactical support for implementation

  • Drive Efficiencies: Plan and implement projects for the Commercial Solutions team, align with priorities and resource availability, propose and implement best business delivery practices, and support go-to-market and post-product launch efforts

  • Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders: Understand stakeholder needs and challenges, translate these into project requirements, and build cross-functional consensus for operational improvements

  • Partner with Global Teams: Work effectively with other global teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and operational improvements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, with 8+ years of project management execution experience in a financial services / data related or Sales background

  • Proven track record in project delivery with excellent communication, time management, organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated success in planning, directing, and implementing multiple, complex projects concurrently

  • Ability to set priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in a co-located, collaborative environment, building strong relationships at all organizational levels, and effectively working with diverse styles, skills, and cultures

  • Experience working with related project management tools – i.e. Miro, Smartsheet, Planner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Program/project management certifications will be a plus i.e. Prince2 / PMP Certification

  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum
