We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our
Feedback & Insights Team, maximising the benefit of our customer satisfaction process to
support the continuous improvement of Warmworks’ service to our customers.
Along with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in resolving complex
issues, you will bring a positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting complaints, appeals
and complex casework. Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers will be an advantage and
additional training and support will build on your existing skills.
