Where We Need You

We are seeking a Program and Change Management Director based in New York to provide program and change management expertise on two internal projects. Specifically, this work will focus on Protiviti’s Delivery Model and upcoming changes to our CRM system.

What You Can Expect

As a Program and Change Management Director, you will be responsible for partnering closely with leadership of strategic initiatives to orchestrate the program and change management of key activities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the program leader(s) while working closely with key stakeholders to provide strategic direction, set and execute the strategic agenda, set goals, develop the budget, and manage the program and associated change. You will act as a Culture Champion by helping create an energetic, collaborative team environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage and champion the firmwide program, establishing standards, ensuring compliance and managing communications.

  • Program manage cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams both internally and externally to deliver results.

  • Perform market research relevant to program trends and explore potential partnerships.

  • Manage timelines and scheduling of initiative rollouts to ensure the schedule remains on-track.

  • Share leading practices across parties and teams both internally and externally.

  • Challenge the status-quo thinking to push into more innovative and effective ways of thinking.

  • Partner with internal teams to problem solve and respond to issues in real time.

  • Produce, monitor & analyze reporting to share the progress, key performance metrics, and success of the program and initiatives with program teams, leadership, and Executive Team members.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to create webinars, virtual events for program, as needed.

  • Partner with internal teams (Learning & Development, Protiviti Knowledge and Innovation Center, Subject Matter Experts, etc.) to create and provide key trainings for program development.

  • Lead a small to mid-sized team or department within Segment, Country, U.S Region, Solution and/or Industry.

  • Provides constructive feedback to employees and people they work with.

  • Focus on the development of the team and the performance development of each employee.

  • Anticipate future staffing and skillset needs and create action plans to ensure the team continues to perform at high levels.

  • Apply project management skillset including coordinating and pulling data, presentation and proposal creation, expediting key processes as needed, etc. Ensure deadlines are achieved and appropriate touchpoints with stakeholders are held.

  • Remain current with trends, new technologies, and tools relevant to the program.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in professional services.

  • PMP or other project management credentials, preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$145,000.00 – $248,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$174,000.00 – $297,600.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
