BCG Houston aims to offer as much flexibility to our staff as possible. Staff are permitted to work from home up to 40% of their hours, the other 60% should be in the office or out doing external engagement.
Core hours are 10am-4pm and staff are encouraged to work hours that best suit their working style. Early calls with London are and out-of-hours work for Ministerial visits are sometimes required so staff should expect to be able to work flexibly to deliver the needs of the Consulate.
