Position description
The Intelligence Project Coordinator will be closely involved in the day-to-day running of the project, including administrative support for events, programming, and research fellows who are posted to Harvard for a year of study, research, and travel.
Position Description
In this role, the Coordinator will:
- Manage and facilitate meetings and events, including event communications, room bookings, catering orders, ordering office supplies, and other duties as required.
- Support the Recanati-Kaplan Fellows. Help them liaise with the Intelligence Project and with Harvard, including logistical support, access to resources and supplies, room bookings, and reimbursements.
- Support the Senior Fellows, including logistical support and reimbursements.
- Help onboard new fellows, including facilitating visa processing, onboarding paperwork, welcome orientation, welcome materials, supplies, and other support as needed.
- Facilitate travel, including liaising between fellows and the travel agency.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
2 years of administrative experience; relevant internships will count toward experience.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to handle complex and confidential information. Competency using a variety of office computer software. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Interest in international relations, national security, or intelligence is not required but is a plus.
