The Opportunity
In preparation for an upcoming opportunity, KonTerra seeks a full-time organizational development specialist with humanitarian experience based in the U.S. mid-Atlantic region. The position holder will collaborate with a team of mental health counselors and other stakeholders to design, implement, and manage a peer support network to support a workforce engaged in international humanitarian action.
This is a remote role that will typically operate during Eastern Standard (EST) business hours. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A relevant Masters degree (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership)
- At least eight years of organizational development experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing peer support programs
- Proficiency in English
