You will be responsible for generating monthly leadership reporting, tracking KPI’s and presenting actionable insights to help teams deliver their strategic objectives.As a member of this team, you will:Manage a consolidated view (or portfolio) containing all D&T work items within Azure DevOps, consisting of products, services, operational work and one-time projectsCreate automated reporting using Power BI and run the governance processes required to maintain high data quality across all work itemsOwn and maintain the D&T portfolio management strategy, ensuring teams have a standardized methodology, requirements and controls for tracking workAct as a SME and support contact to help teams implement and comply with the portfolio management requirementsManage the Value Management teams board of work items related to the D&T operating budget, headcount management, Software Asset Management and operations process to keep the team runningPartner on strategic initiativesQualifications:5+ years of relevant industry experience in Data and Technology as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Program Manager or similar functionA strong understanding of how technology delivery teams plan, prioritize and deliver work (Agile, Scrum, Program or Project Management skills are a strong requirement to understand how boards are structured)Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 AppsA university degree in Business, Science or Engineering is preferred since the candidate will be working with data and data tools as a business userWhat We Are Looking For:An outcome-focused, critical thinking mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from dataStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAct as a trusted advisor and foster strong working relationships with leadershipAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamWe believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, the strength of our employees, and the work we do for our pension members.
