Across tech, finance, legal, corporate development, HR, communications, operations and many other areas, we work collaboratively and flexibly to help our brands serve their customers and help the company succeed.Technology Solutions & Services (TSS) is a key function within Informa’s fifth division – Global Support – which provides business services and function-specific expertise to our four commercial divisions.TSS has responsibility for key enterprise technology disciplines that underpin day to day business operations including Strategy & Technology Change, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Technology, Customer Technology, Technology Operations, and Information Security.Job DescriptionAs our Senior Network Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the worldwide Informa networks, working with the other network engineers who are based in Dubai, USA, UK, India and the Philippines. This role requires a highly experienced, knowledgeable and self-motivated team player, able to take sole charge of global front line network support for the hours of the day when the engineers in the other locations are out of the office.As well as general support duties, you will take sole ownership of assigned ongoing project activities such as worldwide networking infrastructure upgrades and relocations. On a day to day basis you will support the LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi and the remote access solution at all our offices across the world. Using ITSM tools you will manage incidents, requests and changes to support our colleagues and be involved in networks projects such as designs, procurement and deployments for new and existing sites.Qualifications

  • CCNP level in Routing & Switching
  • Considerable experience of experience in network engineering
  • Significant experience working with vendors and professional services providers
  • High levels of technical documentation & reporting
  • Experience of investigating and managing network related incidents
  • Broad experience of network automation
  • Understanding of network patterns and approaches
  • Experience in Zscaler ZIA, ZPA and ZDX implementation and management. ZCCA-IA level
  • Meraki switching ECMS1.0 and ECMS2.0
  • Experience of Meraki wireless design and support
  • Experience of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Experience in network monitoring tools such as Broadcom DX Netops Spectrum or Solarwinds
