Information Security and Risk (ISR) – Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations AnalystAbout the Role:As an IAM Operations Analyst within our Information Security and Risk (ISR) team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization’s digital assets. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls across our global operations, particularly in the Americas region. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, regulatory compliance, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:

  • IAM Control Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IAM controls to protect sensitive information and systems.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess security risks related to IAM, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and standards, such as NYDFS 500, GDPR, FFIEC, NIST, and ISO.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, internal audit, and business units, to drive IAM initiatives.
  • Operational Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on IAM activities, metrics, and risks for senior management.
  • Technology Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of IAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IAM tools, scripting languages, and MS Office suite.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations and best practices related to IAM.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different regions.

Certifications: Preferred certifications include CCSK, Security+, ITIL, CSX-F, or related security certifications.LANGUAGE: English, FrenchThe ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is essential as the person in this position will be required to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
